DAY 4 - Seat back, bulkheads, aft deck - Dec 5th

Thursday we installed the seat bottom, rails, and front deck. Friday I had to work on other parts in the shop for customers so nothing was done on the Saberwing. Today I put in a full day - 8 hours

Cutting the coreboard materials for seat supports, floor supports, and bulkheads. The three main bulkeads shown above. Panel comes drawn this way.

Aft Deck fitted, Front deck fitted, Seat support glued in. Next we will finish gluing in the bulkheads, run tubing for elecrical, rudder cables, and maybe install the gear..if a missing part for the gear arrives. Have the panel to start as well though...
