DAY 5 - Main Gear and more...- Dec 6th

Saturday was a pretty busy day on the Saberwing. Today, Sunday, I worked on it a bit in the afternoon and evening. We had time to install the gear leg brackets, gear, and tires. Aligned the tires as well. We also did a couple small jobs, glued the bulkheads into position temporarily, made a couple flanges for the Front Deck and seat support. (4 hours today)

Cut and glued in another seat support piece.

Drilled and installed Gear brackets for mains. Tricycle version.

Main gear and tire installed - Brakes will come later....

The Saberwing is on its Wheels for the first time. Another day and I should be able to sit in it and work on the panel location....and make airplane noises!
